Cub Scout Pack 802 proudly offers flag posting services in Lantana and the immediate area.
|
A subscription includes posting of a single American flag for:
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Flag Day (June 14)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Patriots' Day (September 11)
- Veterans' Day (November 11)
The cost to lease a flag is $50 annually. Pay-ahead discounts are available for two-year ($90) and five-year ($200) subscriptions.
The annual lease fee includes:
- 3' x 5' Solar-Guard nylon, embroidered American flag
- 10' pole
- posting-sleeve installed in your yard
We install the posting-sleeve in a location of your choice when you subscribe to the service. For each subsequent holiday, we will post the flag 2-5 days prior to the holiday and take down the flag 2-5 days after the holiday.
Additional services offered include:
- additional American flag subscription at same address: $30 each, annually
- Texas flag posted with American flag subscription at same address: $30 annually
New subscriptions must be paid two weeks prior to the next holiday to allow for processing time. If you subscribe less than two-weeks before the holiday, you will be placed on a waiting list and we will attempt to accommodate, but placement is not guaranteed for that date. Subscriptions will be for 12 months beginning with the first holiday the flag is posted.
Gift subscriptions are available. Please execute a separate subscription form for each address where flags should be posted.
We currently serve Lantana, Copper Canyon, Bartonville, and Double Oak. If you would like to purchase a subscription for a nearby area, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate.

THE FINE PRINT:
Each subscription will auto-renew to the payment method used for the original subscription on the date the order was submitted. Notifications will be sent to email address provided when the subscription was purchased. If you need to update your contact information, or otherwise modify your subscription, contact us.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time for any reason. The first six holidays are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for holidays remaining on the subscription, after the first six, at a rate of $6 per holiday.
We will make every effort to post flags no later than 2 days before the next flag-holiday, however, no refund will be issued in the event of a missed posting due to extreme weather events, pandemics, or other acts beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for the flag set from the time it is posted until the time it is removed. A $45 fee will be charged for any flags that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear or lost while in the customer's possession.
We will place the flag in the location of the your choice, but you are responsible for any damages caused by said placement (i.e., sprinkler systems, water lines, tree roots). Allow for a 3” diameter hole to be drilled to a depth of 24” for placement of the posting-sleeve.
